The mission of the Human Resources Department at Trinity Christian College is to provide a Christian attitude and spirit as the department treats each person with fairness, warmth, friendliness, individual pride, and College spirit. The department fully supports the College’s principles, values, vision, and mission.

Our goal in Human Resources is to provide quality support and service in the areas of employment, employee relations, benefits, compensation, staffing, and training. Additionally, we strive to establish and administer sound policies, procedures, and practices that treat employees with dignity and equality, while maintaining College compliance with employment and labor laws. The Human Resources Department will work to serve as a source for information and expertise that provides quality service for employees in whatever employment matters may arise.

Trinity Christian College is a Christian college with a mission to provide a Biblically informed liberal arts education in the Reformed tradition. Compliance with Trinity’s mission, principles, and views are considered a bona fide occupational qualification and consideration impacts the employment process. Employees must sign a statement acknowledging support of the Mission of the College.
